As a Product Manager for CoStar Real Estate Manager's information products, you will shape and execute the strategy for our leading Commercial Real Estate data and software platform. Collaborating closely with senior management, stakeholders, product, and engineering teams, you will define and guide the delivery of our Real Estate Transaction Management platform. You will be responsible for all aspects of Product Management, guiding new products and features from concept through development and release. This involves defining and documenting user stories, writing and reviewing acceptance criteria, and collaborating with development teams and QA.

This position is located in Atlanta, GA and offers 2 days remote per week.

Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership: Ensure the successful deployment and adoption of new products and features.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and internal stakeholders to design and deliver new features and functionality for our global user base.

  • Agile Product Releases: Drive product releases in a fast-paced Agile software development environment.

  • User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize releases, maintain a product roadmap and backlog, and create release notes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients, senior executives, engineering, QA, consulting, marketing, and sales to strategize, plan, and build products.

  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand and analyze external and internal customer needs and communicate these needs to the organization.

  • User Testing and Feedback: Organize user testing, collect feedback, and translate it into actionable development priorities.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use customer data and usage analytics to inform product opportunities and evaluate results.

  • Direct Engagement: Engage actively with teams to build and enhance tools.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management and/or as a Product Owner, with a proven history of delivering industry-leading products and solutions.

  • 3+ years of experience delivering products for online information platforms.

  • Experience managing sprint schedules and resources in an agile-scrum environment.

  • Experience defining product requirements and launching product enhancements to meet customer needs.

  • Experience planning, documenting, and communicating product implementations.

  • Experience creating wireframes and workflow diagrams while collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver product features.

  • Taking initiative and being comfortable working on new, loosely defined products.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

  • Experience in commercial real estate transactions or portfolio administration.

  • Experience with Lease Accounting

  • Familiarity with TFS, Figma, Axure, Camtasia, Snagit.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Pendo, or other analytics tools.
